Meet The Team

Phil is a highly experienced entrepreneur and business leader. Trained as a Solicitor, he spent 15 years in law firms 10 as a Partner leading teams, departments, and an office before moving into business. He built and grew a start-up business before leading his first company acquisition in May 2020. Phil also has an MBA from Manchester Business School. Phil is leading our drive to build a group of engineering businesses in the UK and Europe.

Rob is a vastly experienced time served engineer with over 40 years spent in the engineering and manufacturing sector.

During his 20 years with a large Aerospace group he held various Directorship positions and brings with him a large amount of experience and knowledge and is now focused on the development and growth of the group.

Bethan has been involved in business for 8 years, starting and growing her own business as well as working with Phil in his start-up. She has particular strengths in marketing, sales and the development of people. Bethan oversees the sales and marketing across the group. She also runs our educational business UK BCP where we teach our acquisition model to other people who want to buy and own small businesses.

Claire is instrumental in keeping our leadership team organised. She is a strong administrator with commercial, finance and recruitment experience, previously running her own business. 

Jan-Marc is an engineer who spent 11 years working for an international engineering business in leadership roles across a range of functions. He is hugely experienced in supply chain management, business development, and engineering processes, and business systems. He manages the operations across the group.

Andrew has worked in fabrication businesses for over 30 years, acquiring Savekers Solutions from the Savekers family in 2010. Andrew joined the Allied Global Engineering team in January 2025, along with Savekers Solutions. Andrew has particular strengths in designing bespoke fabrication solutions for customers that help them solve critical problems - whether this be in bridge repairs or motorbike exhausts.
